The Mission As our Business Analyst you will work in our international and dynamic team on multiple strategic projects with mid-term focus on rolling out the new sales organization and G2M approach. Your Role – International, Challenging and Future-Oriented! Work on multiple international projects with highest relevance for sales strategy and implementation. Take responsibility for complex and priority topics and drive them, collaborating with respective teams. Align topics across teams and support priorities as needed. Create different business analysis for the management as a basis for strategic recommendations and decisions. Manage project timelines and ensure milestones are delivered on time. Develop management presentations and reports and present to the Leadership team. What you need to make real what matters. A master’s degree in business administration or related area from reputable university or college. First professional experience at a strategy consulting, renowned industrial company, or start-up preferably with focus on sales strategy. Industry know-how would be a big advantage. You bring with an international exposure rounded by excellent Presentation and communication skills. You are known for your strong analytical and conceptual skills and strong entrepreneurial mindset. Ability to communicate confidently in English, while German or other languages is highly appreciated A high level of social competence and team spirit Eagerness to learn and work on new topics.
