Responsibilities:

• Participate in workflow design or system development and re-engineering process
• Collect user requirement on system enhancements and perform system test during system development
• To provide system support during user acceptance testing stage and production run
• Develop user guides and provide training to users during the stage of implementation
• Provide production support to all levels of users
• Handle ad hoc assignment as required

Requirements:

• University degree in any discipline
• At least 2 years working experience in MPF Administration is preferable
• Proficiency in MS Office particularly in Excel application
  
• Self-motivated, dedicated, independent and be able to work under pressure
  
• Strong written & verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese
  
• A good team player with strong interpersonal skills
