Requirements:

This roles primary purpose is to gather and clarify requirements based on meetings with Business Partners to support member migration and program integration.

? In this role, you will provide analytical support through the analysis and interpretation of data in support of cross-functional business operations.

? Develop, prepare, and analyze complex reports for management review.

? Define complex business requirements and provide analysis toward operational efficiency.

? Identify opportunities for improvement in operational performance and notifies management of issues and problems requiring immediate attention.

? Work cross-functionally in analyzing, designing and developing business solutions. Provides analytical support for multiple, complex, projects simultaneously, establishes work plans and timelines; coordinates with internal and external sources.

? Make presentations to various levels of management

? Bachelor degree or above in IT related disciplines, background in SW project management

? 4~6 years hands-on experiences in Software Quality Assurance methodologies, process, making test plan, design testing case, prepare testing environment and test data in functional testing projects.

? Comprehensive knowledge of software development process, including software design and programming.

? Experience working in a team-oriented collaborative environment (onshore and offshore)

? Self-motivated and results oriented

? Analytical and problem solving skills

? 2+ years testing experiences on BI system, such as Oracle / SQL Server / Sybase / DB2, familiar with SQL scripts.

? Master the test management and defect tool (JIRA is plus)

? Fluent English Reading, Writing and Speaking

Qualifications Include:

? 2+ years prior experience working as a Business Analyst on IT related projects.

? Have experience in insurance industry.

? Heave facilitation experience with Business Partners.

? Familiar with developing language, like Python, C#, Java, etc.

? Advanced knowledge of and ability to perform analyses such as GAP analysis, process mapping, root cause analysis, risk analysis and requirements gathering.

? Proficiency in MS Office

? Prior experience working with Regulatory documentation a plus!
