You will:

• Perform data analysis on Sales, Traffic, and Campaigns performance and provide value-adding insights & strategic recommendations to Senior Management
• Work closely with business users to collect requirements; define strategies and deliver robust analytics solutions to users
• Define and rollout digital measurement tracking and conduct A/B test for performance evaluation
• Lead data and business intelligence systems implementation projects end to end (requirements documentation, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution)
• Lead a workgroup on SEO for the eCommerce and Media business
• Construct and maintain dashboards to assist decision making

You should have/be:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Information System or related disciplines with a strong quantitative background and excellent academic achievements;
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, preferably  in eCommerce or digital media industries;
• Hands-on experience in data tracking implementation for Google Analytics, Media Analytics and Social Analytics;
• Knowledge in data query / manipulation with SQL and visualization tools like Power BI
• Knowledge in digital marketing like SEO and SEM
• Strong analytical skills, detail oriented
• Self motivated and able to work independently
• Good communications and presentation skills
