What you will do

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will:

• Develop customer and/or patient insight plans and deliver appropriate research outcomes

• Collate and synthesise market and competitor understanding to provide insight and recommendations

• Identify, quantify and articulate brand opportunities and risks

• Maintain and evolve patient and/or volume-based forecast models

• Advise brand team on customer targeting, segmentation and field force territory planning

• Develop KPIs and measure brand execution effectiveness

• Provide brand performance analysis for brand team and management reporting processes

• Creates a culture of continuous improvement within BAI and brand teams

• Degree in science or business discipline

• Experience (>2 years) in business analytics, forecasting and model development (not necessarily pharma)

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Tableau

• Presentation and workshop facilitation skills

• Project management skills with capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Experience in cross functional business partnering and influencing without authority

• Fluency in English, both in written and oral communication
