Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Timeliness: The main job responsibility is to receive clients who visit and consult on the company's external platform, and answer their questions.
2. Professional: Proficient in platform operation, able to accurately respond to customer inquiries; Help customers understand company services and improve satisfaction
3. Feedback: Collect and organize customer feedback information, and provide timely feedback to the company
4. Maintenance: Maintain platform information and regularly update and maintain it to maintain customer loyalty
5. Communication: Timely notify the company of any issues that require customer confirmation, and promptly follow up on customer responses to properly handle customer products
