positions: 2 (Priority given to younger teams) Full-time: Monthly salary (basic salary + sales commission), commission linked to the results of KA customer connection (no upper limit) Remote Position: Daily salary (basic daily salary + sales commission)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Support for energy storage market research For the portable/household/industrial and commercial energy storage power supply market in Japan, collect the dynamics of competing products, user demands and policies and regulations, and compile a Japanese version of the research report to support the team's decision-making.
2. Full-process connection and assistance for KA customers: Customer visits: Prepare Japanese version visit materials (product manuals, quotations, cooperation plans) in advance, and connect with local KA customers in Japan (large electrical retailers, energy enterprises, etc.); Business negotiation: On-site assistance in Japanese communication, implementation of Japanese business etiquette (reception procedures, small talk norms), and assistance in advancing sales negotiations; Contract signing: Follow up on customer demand feedback,
coordinate the confirmation of the initial draft of the contract, communicate terms and handle signing matters. Order follow-up: Track the production and delivery progress of orders, coordinate the sample sending and other fulfillment links, and ensure a smooth process. Payment collection: Assist in coordinating with customers for payment settlement, follow up on the progress of payment collection, and ensure the closed loop of cooperation. Iii.
Job Requirements
1. Hard Skills Japanese: Hold N1/N2 certificates, possess business-level communication skills (capable of independently writing Japanese business emails, interpreting contract terms, and completing Japanese negotiations with KA clients); Industry experience: Candidates with sales experience in energy storage power supplies (portable/household/commercial and industrial energy storage) are preferred. Those with KA customer/distributor/agent resources will be given extra points. Have sales experience in the Toyota Group and Toyota affiliated enterprises; Have relevant experience in purchasing or selling in large Japanese electrical appliance chain supermarkets (Yodobashi Camera, Bic Camera, Seiyu, Edion, Kojima, etc.).
2. Core qualities: Strong affinity, in line with the professional image of Japanese business scenarios, and capable of quickly adapting to the communication style of Japanese enterprises. Proficient in business etiquette for KA clients (dress code, gift etiquette, meeting procedures), and possess basic negotiation/sales skills (demand exploration, objection handling). Strong execution ability, capable of efficiently responding to customer demands (such as urgent data supplementation), and responsible for work results. Have a strong sense of career and responsibility, take the initiative to promote work related to KA clients, and adapt to the professional dedication culture in the Japanese workplace.
3. Under the same conditions, priority will be given to the following individuals: young veterans (with strong discipline and execution ability, suitable for high-intensity KA coordination); Outstanding Chinese international students (familiar with Japanese culture, solid language skills, and easy to integrate into business); Fresh graduates from Japan or those with local enterprise working experience and KA customer resources will be given extra points.
