Senior Business Assurance Advisor

Job Descriptions:

• Conduct sales activities monitoring to meet the group minimum standards and MPFA requirements
• Perform 1st and 2nd checking on sales call, sales form and customer call back
• survey, etc.
• Review guideline, checking checklist for checking purpose
• Handle ad hoc task

Job Requirements

• HKCEE / DSE holder or equivalent with at least 3 year’s working experience
• Experience in handling hotline and complaints or proven sales experience
• Candidate with Hong Kong Insurance Intermediary Examination Paper 1 , 2 , 3 & 5 is a must
• Qualification with paper 4 is an added advantage
• Good oral presentation and communication skill
• Good language proficiency, with capabilities in spoken Mandarin and/or English
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Service and Sales Advisor

Job Responsibility

• Handle inbound and outbound customer loyalty programs
• Application checking and making outbound follow up calls to customers/Agent.
• Support customer interaction / policy services such as service registration, satisfaction survey, renewal etc.
• Follow up after-sales service to customers and appointment services
• Handle customers’ enquiries on insurance related products.
• Help generate sales revenue of direct/indirect/ renewal business through making outbound calls when necessary

Job Requirements

• Form 5 or above with telemarketing or customer service experience
• With IIQE licensed paper 1 & 3
• Good command of spoken Cantonese, with added advantage for candidate with high proficiency of both English and Mandarin.
• Good interpersonal, communication and telephone handling skills
• Good command of MS office and English writing
