This role is responsible to supervise all business quality and make sure agency procedures are properly followed SOPs and guideline.

• Implement the Business Quality Framework
• Perform distribution/sales analytics and set up business predictive models
• Provide periodic update to the Head of Agency Operations and Compliance team on quality of distribution & sales
• Analyze data to identify trends and provide early warnings to the Head of Agency Operations on potential business quality risk
• Collect intelligence on unusual agency activities
• Conduct incident-based training in conjunction with Compliance and Agency Training
• Conduct detailed detective checks on predefined agency samples (Ex: Agents with abnormal/unusual sales trends)
• Proactive analysis of competitor/industry best practices
• Assist Head of Agency Operations on implementing initiatives and measures on improving
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management team
