Job Description

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, including ability to structure and prioritize effort within China areas and ask the right questions to get to root causes
  • Work in conjunction with the other departments and provide guidance on correct processes and procedures of shipment data or IT related issue.
  • Initiate customer solutions design and proposal for downstream integration/implementation execution through IT and Customer Service.
  • Evaluate customer need and recommend enhancements to provide workaround or solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, including ability to construct compelling arguments supported by the right facts.
  • Execute workaround or permanent fix or changes responsibilities to enable seamless shipment processing.
  • Liaison between the sales and cross-functional teams to guarantee proper solution or change is aligned with business requirements.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Strong interest in learning and applying new product concepts to become SME resource for DHL eCommerce product, and customized solutions.
  • Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and understanding how to utilize them in a customer-facing environment.
  • Solid analytical, critical thinking, time management, teamwork, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently
  • Travel within Greater China.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • ~5 years in eCom/logistic experience
  • Candidate must be proficient in spoken / written English and Mandarin.
  • Knowledge of shipping systems preferred.
  • Experience in Supply Chain, Shipping, Mail or Logistics preferred

  • Project Management Certification preferred
