What will your role be?
Support and deliver VALUE ENGAGEMENT process:
Reveal the value during “VALUE ASSESSMENT” phase, Articulate the value during “VALUE DEFINITION” phase , Assess and Estimate the value during “VALUE COMMITMENT” phase and Confirm by measuring the value during "VALUE DELIVERY" phase.
Depending on seniority: Establish 3DS credibility with executives to drive full value achievement of their business transformation by effectively leveraging their people, processes and 3DS solutions.
With 3DEXPERIENCE Platform thinking, provide end to end MBE solution to Industrial Equipment GTM1-P accounts, applying Value Engagement methodology to the GTM1-P Accounts, support PSM and lead partner technical to deliver 3DEXPERIENCE value to GTM1-P customers in a substainable way.
The challenges ahead
- Participate to account strategy by providing business analysis inputs on customer (Business Model, Customer Value Model)
- Create VALUE ENGAGEMENT consulting services SoW and execute assigned consulting missions.
- Collect information through a variety of methods and tools (interviews, surveys, etc.)
- Analyze and interpret data regarding customer weaknesses and problems, and identify the causes.
- Formulate recommendations and solutions (proposed business processes) with supporting value evidences (KPIs and business case)
- Support presentation of value proposal to Executive / Head of department sponsors
- Collect and measure customer benefits after solution implementation
- Capitalize deliverables and value creation (KPIs)
