Senior Solution Consultant, RWS Linguistic AI & Language Technologies, Korea
Objective
- Achieve Korean team sales target by providing effective pre-sales activities.
- Develop Korean market and deliver business success as being part of Korea commercial team.
- Contribute to APAC teams with solution expertise in RWS Linguistic AI.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for technical pre-sales activities:
- Deliver discovery call to qualify sales leads with solution fitting perspective.
- Transfers industry, technical and product knowledge to customers via good written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Remotely or travel to client location and conduct demos and scope the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers met and unmet needs, and recommend solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the company.
- Provide answers to (technical) questions in a Request for Information (RFI) or a Request for Proposal (RFP)
- Provide customer with in-depth technical proposal including solution architecture, scope of implementation and customization efforts, API Integration knowledge, etc. for solution evaluation.

- Assists in the development of formal sales proposal and presentations.
- Manages hand-over to the Implementation (Post-Sales Support/ Go-Live) for live project implementation along with the specific documents.

- Joint efforts in Korean business development:
- Provide accountable product knowledge, solution insight and industry experiences in business strategy and execution planning such as leads generation, opportunity qualification, etc...
- Collect, assess request for new solutions and coordinate among supporting teams to define, design, development and rollout of such.
- Contribute solution domain expertise in marketing events.
- Enable local partner with solution knowledge and skills.
- Master RWS solution expertise in APAC wide.

Qualification :-
- B. Technology, Computing Science / MBA
- Fluent in Korean and English written and speaking.
- Great team player
- 4-6 Years of working experience with Enterprise solutions for global businesses:
- Serving as either BDM, Sales Lead, Senior Presales Engineer, or Solution Consultant.

[PL1]KM – Knowledge Management
BPM – Business Process Management
ECM – Enterprise Content Management
- Capability of quick learning and apply enterprise technology into specific vertical or industry.
- Working experience in Localization processes and CAT tools will be perfect plus.
- Basic knowledge and skillset with Linux, Python, C++/.Net, RESTful API/Embedded API is required.
