ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES
The role is split into two primary missions in support of CIB Business Continuity Management (BCM) global coordination:
Consolidate management dashboards to monitor and oversee the Business Continuity set up of all CIB locations worldwide.
Administrate CIB global Business Continuity Management tools, including reference data updates, user support and deployment projects
This person acts under the responsibility of and reports directly to CIB head of Business Continuity Management.
Management BCM dashboards:
Animate and coordinate the quarterly capture of reporting data by all entities under CIB supervision, in liaison with local and regional BC managers
Generate resulting dashboard reports
Perform quality checks to ensure relevance and accuracy of reporting
Perform risk analyses based on reporting indicators to develop an executive summary view of quarterly results
Administrate the CIB BCM dashboard application
BCM Tools Administration
Tools in scope are BIA/Boris, Paros/LDRPS, Fact24 and Everbridge. Main responsibilities include:
Support and assistance to end users
Issues investigation and resolution, in liaison with internal IT teams and/or suppliers’ support teams as appropriate
Tools configuration and setup
User access management
Periodic reference data updates:
- Paros bi-weekly employees uploads
- Fact24 bi-weekly contacts uploads
- Everbridge weekly contacts uploads
- BIA ad-hoc reference data feeds updates
- Lead support to new deployments
PROFILE
Bachelor degree
Experience in BCM methods, processes and tools
Proficiency in tools functional administration
Proficiency in Excel, Access, VBA
Fluent English both written and spoken, French would be a plus
