Job summary:

As part of national strategic finance team and focus on topline performance, the job holder needs to partner with national and region leadership team, understand business topline performance, deliver insightful analysis, coordinate planning cycle, and monitor market and competitors development.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Working with BU finance team on the monthly closing, focus on brand / portfolio topline performance to ensure data completeness, accuracy, and compliance. Meanwhile, deliver insightful analysis for leadership team.
• Monthly finance package and dashboard on brand performance and topline analysis.
• Resource allocation study and investment return analysis.
• Link with revenue management team, to drive business topline growth.
• Support manager on business planning cycle, including quarterly forecast, annual plan and 3 years’ strategic planning.
• Collect and monitoring beer market and competitor movements, generate market and competitor intelligence for leadership team.
• Support manager on parallel management.
• Ad-hoc projects on system, process, data accuracy and compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS & WORK EXPERIENCE 资历及工作经验要求

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. +5 years of financial work experience, including developing forecasts & operating plans and leading business / finance reviews.
• Exceptional analytical skills: Data sensitive, and good skill / knowledge on excel and PPT. Clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change.
• Clear communicator: Comfortable and be able to communicate effectively with BU leadership team, sales, marketing and finance. Be able to deliver message clearly in both verbal and writing.
• Adaptable / flexible: Be comfortable to work in a “working in progress” environment. Open to change in response to new requirements, or unexpected circumstances.
