Siemens Healthineers India is looking for a Business Controller for Business Area (BA) Advanced Therapy and Business Line (BL) X-ray Products for Zone India (covers India, Bangladesh & Adjacent countries of Sri Lanka, Nepal, Maldives & Bhutan) Position Summary: Design and accompany the management process of goal-finding, planning and controlling and thus co-responsible for reaching the business objectives along with Business Area (BA)/Business Line (BL) Manager. Key Deliverables: • Responsible for budgeting business financials • Responsible along with BA/BL Manager to reach the yearly targets • Monthly Rolling Forecast finalization • Ownership for Profit & Loss and Balance sheet • Forecast quality – Focus on realistic estimates and ensuring actions are implemented to reach forecast numbers. Raise flag in case concerns in reaching forecast numbers and explore options to mitigate risks • Financial reporting and analysis to various stakeholders to support decision making • Monitoring Price Realization Factor (PRF) along with BA/BL Manager • Finalizing and monitoring productivity measures relating to respective BA/BL • Responsible/partnering for cost/process improvement projects specific to BA/BL • Costing guidelines review and proposal • Alignment with factory in India & related reporting Key Stakeholders: Business Area Management, Country Management, Business Line Managers, HQ BL/BA, Bengaluru Factory, Bangladesh Team, Project Management, Logistics, Support functions (Accounts, Taxation, Treasury etc.) Offer to Order (OTO) and Order to Cash (OTC) Team, Auditor Experience & Qualification: CA/ICWA and 4-6 years of experience post qualification Key skills : Excellent analytical skills, stakeholder management, communication & networking skills. Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint. Working knowledge in SAP preferred.
