What do you do?

As the Business Controller Production, you work together with business leaders and their team members in Group Production to secure that we can offer the best sourcing platform to all Brands and Business Units in our ecosystem.

Through your short and long-term analysis based on KPIs for price, lead time, on time, quality, sustainability and capacity, you will provide suggestions and action plans to support setting and securing impactful market development strategies as per our customer demands, as well as to strengthen robust governance to validate and ensure consistently high performance in all dimensions of our Production scope.

You work with multiple internal business stakeholders to secure that we are on the right track towards achieving our goals with high efficiency.

You collaborate with Controlling colleagues across different teams and geographical locations to constantly strengthen and improve our methods, tools and reports in order to provide profound business intelligence to the teams and to drive concrete actions.

Who are you?

The person we are looking for is a self-starter who finds best possible solution for every challenge through efficient collaboration. On top of this we are looking for a leader with a solid business sense and an entrepreneurial mindset to come with ideas on how we through data can improve our customer offer.

Apart from these skills, you must also have:

• 3-5 years of working experience from analytical, controlling, or similar roles, preferably in the textile industry
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel & Power BI
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage various project simultaneously
• Experience in coordinating and managing stakeholders
• A flexible and positive mindset
