Position can be located in :Alpharetta, GA / New Kensington, PA / Norwood, OH Siemens Large Drives Business is looking for a multifaceted professional to join the Service Innovation team of the Customer Service Business Unit. This role is to drive excellence inside the Customer Service world. You will be responsible for using data across multiple streams and deliver business operations reports, tools & dashboards and focus on Service Parts Process. You will develop key pivotal tools and continuous Improvement programs to ultimately deliver an extraordinary Service Experience for customers both external and internal. You will work and influence mostly outside of your team and will need to show an ability to Communicate, influence and rely on other teams to help progress the program. You will report into the Service Innovation Lead. You will be running ongoing programs and optimizing processes and tool landscape to make the customer experience with Siemens optimized. Responsibilities Job supports the Siemens Large Drives service teams with processes and tools. It requires critical thinking skills, understanding and solving issues throughout the organization, and extracting and using data to drive process improvements and grow the business forward. Parts and Inventory Reporting – building reporting solutions that help CS understand what is being purchased, what inventory levels the business should maintain and doing root cause analysis when there are issues with delivering on time. Tool and process support for the order management teams within Large Drives Services. Building a Parts management end to end solution within the Large Drives Services business leveraging the new tools being developed. Develop programs to improve Parts Process through reduction of cost, cycle or increase quality Developing digital dashboards, tools and reports that supports the business throughout the entire value chain process to enhance our Sales, Delivery and Customer Satisfaction. Be an authority with SAP systems, Data Extraction, Data Cleaning, Data visualization, Data predictions. Point of contact for inventory related activities and leading inventory levels within organization for Safety Stock Recommendations & Forecasting Proactively supervise and support parts delivery reliability improvements and implement root cause analysis which is presented to management on a weekly and/or monthly basis. Build & run historical data in SAP or other Data visualization tools for consumption on slowing moving & high moving parts. Help develop and drive a data decision making culture. Use data to find the truth of the problem instead of chasing after others’ opinions of the problem, drive programs to tackle the problem and use data to validate the improvements made Navigating your own path to getting access to new Data sources and working with the team to develop an overall data mapping and data engineering to support the Customer-to-Customer overall process Responsible for driving new tools and process harmonization activities across Large Drives Service to enable organizational efficiency Further grow potentials is to expand into other data sources and increase scope over time and supporting the overall Customer Service team’s reporting. Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Data Science, Statistics, or Finance (or equivalent work experience) 5+ years proficiency & demonstrated experience in SAP 2+ years of related experience in data analytics and visualization 1+ years experience with Azure/Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Snowflake or similar data sources.
