What you will do

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will ensure the delivery of the day to day D&A activities managing a team of associates/senior associates. You are responsible for producing budgeting and planning reports, data analysis and supporting wider business Units within the ACCP. You will adhere to the continuous improvement agenda of the ACCP.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Under minimal supervision, planning and executing the regional D&A activities.
  • Developing market and financial analyses in support of the product strategy.
  • Daily management of associates and senior associates.
  • Developing an appropriate forecasting model and preparing with the other team members the proposed Budget / LE.
  • Conforming to the agreed planning and analyzing processes.
  • Building Amgen’s capability in market analysis and planning.
  • Adapting, supporting and contributing to the growth and CI of the department and ACCP.
  • Responsible for monitoring ACCP D&A service levels and satisfaction to ensure that outputs meet the agreed expectations.

Required experience and skills:

  • University Degree in commerce, finance, economics, mathematics, healthcare or related field.
  • 5+ years working in a finance/data related field ideally Data and Analytics.
  • Fluency in English, both in written and oral communication.
  • Strong Excel knowledge.
  • Management experience.
  • Strong Excel knowledge (including VBA).

Preferred Knowledge:

  • Working knowledge of IS systems (including demonstrated capability of other MS Office applications, SQL, Hyperion Pillar, Tableau, Anaplan).
  • Demonstrates a service-minded attitude.
  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Clearly explains processes and procedures.
  • Fluency in multiple European languages.
