Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for defining the plan of Business Volume Sustainability and Enlarging.
  • Defining the plan of Business Profitability and Competitiveness upgrading.
  • Study, analysis and report the market demands, customer investment plan and competitor’s moving.
  • Supporting sales and proposal team on key accounts and key deals selling. To ensure a competitive offering and customer relationship development.
  • Defining Strong / Weak points on Competitiveness of ABB Auto OEM, defining Initiatives to improve the competitiveness.
  • Leading and following the execution for initiatives of upgrading competitiveness.
  • Identifying partnership opportunities and participate in the definition of partnership agreements, presenting Auto OEM inside and outside of ABB.
  • Coordinate with marketing team to define the marketing activities roadmap of Auto OEM team.
  • Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background

  • Must have Bachelor’s degree in Business, marketing, engineering or related fields.
  • 8 years relevant working experience, Sales/Marketing experience and technical background is preferred.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills including use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills, initiative and ingenuity to solve complex problems and implement remedial measures.
  • Appling modern influencing techniques for sales and marketing strategies.
  • Strong experience in project implementation.
  • Good English skills required.
