The candidate will take over the business development activities of the Customer Services business unit. Your Challenge · You will collaborate in the definition and implementation metrics of the business strategy, the business development activities, and the M&A running projects · You are targeting the expansion of the sales support activities · You will develop a systematic market and customer analysis · Accountable for the effective program management, including resource planning, reporting and coordination of projects/initiatives · To Define and implement, in conjunction with different management lines, the direction of the overall digital strategy What you need to bring with you · You have an engineering degree or a business and economics degree and/or a professional experience in this role. An MBA degree will be a plus. · Relevant experience in business development, business planning, M&A or strategy department with proven success. · Strategic thinking in the solution and customer orientation. · Excellent communication skills complete your profile · Fluent in English, Italian and German language are a plus What can we further offer?
