Position Description: Level 2 Analyst objective is to be focal point for business requests for digital transformation projects along LA-S region. This role must have comprehensive business rules understanding, good communication skills and good project management and technical background to connect business requirements to technical solutions and carry projects from planning to delivery, promoting digital transformation and business development in partnership with any business teams in LA-S. In a lower share of the time, this position should also be able to cover support and escalation of critical issues and activities inside Business Development team. #### Position Requirements: This role is designed to act 60% of time on Portfolio and Project Governance / Management and 40% on projects execution and solutions delivery (including a small share of time supporting escalations) Point of contact for LA-S stakeholders raise business perspectives for digital transformation projects. Deep and continuous functional knowledge on Lenovo Business tools. Project and portfolio management skills, including both waterfall and agile methodologies such as PMBOK and SCRUM. Be familiar with multidisciplinary technology project portfolio. Good project and process documentation practices Carry regular team meetings to follow up the project management governance steps and quality checks along the entire portfolio.
