Business Developer Sales Excellence – Siemens Financial Services Looking for the next big challenge? We will meet your ambitions! You will be part of the Nordic Sales Excellence team, which drives cross functional business development with a focus on realizing commercial opportunities within the B2B financing industry. You will be a key player in implementing our commercial strategy by aiming to ensure that we: Sell the right products Sell to the right customers Take the right commercial decisions Keep strengthening our business You will work closely with both sales and functional units in all Nordic countries through driving projects, initiatives and implementing effective processes for our commercial agenda.The role is located in one of our SFS offices in Stockholm, Umeå, Helsinki or Oslo. Responsibilities Project management on cross functional level, incl ensuring commercial projects are meeting targets on time, cost and scope. You will investigate new markets and channels, define go-to-market strategy and drive new financial product development that meets the needs of our customers and partners in our desired markets. A part of the role is to perform, present and implement data driven analysis and findings to the sales organization. You do market analysis including identifying trends in our industry and competitor benchmarking. You are expected to continuously monitor implementation of our commercial strategy and to develop processes and tools to increase sales effectiveness. Required Skills, Education, and Experience You get things done with high quality. It is necessary to have strong communication skills, hands-on attitude and lots of drive and ambition as well as strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills. We look for a natural team-player who works equally well with colleagues from various backgrounds. 2-5 years of experience from consulting or strategy/business development at financial or industrial companies Experience from driving projects in cross-functional environment BSc/MSc in Business, Economics, Industrial engineering, Finance or similar relevant degree Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the Nordics We offer Good work atmosphere and organizational culture based on trust, responsibility and respect.
