Job Description:
1. Supervision and monthly follow up of the services of the park: HR, accounting, marketing and administration
2. Managing the relationship with existing customers
3. Prospecting and new client’s acquisition
4. Maintain and develop our partnership agreement program with existing partners and partner research
5. To understand industry trends and have opinions and suggestions about the development of the department

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERTISE:
1. Degree in business administration, marketing, communication and related disciplines
2. 2 years of working experience
3. More than 23 years old
4. European origin
5. Willing to develop his/her career in China for the long run
6. Good English skills and preferably French skills any other European language will be an asset
7. Applicant must have patience, pay attention to details, be responsible and have good social interaction and communication abilities
