JOB TYPE: Design / Marketing strategy / Digital Advertising
COMPANY OVERVIEW:
Reflex Shanghai is an international advertising/communication boutique agency offering tailor-made and creative solutions for its clients since 2006 including strategy, branding, digital, print, advertising, social media, public relations and events.
INTRODUCTION:
You will be a key asset of the agency developing our client portfolio in various industries such as, but non-exclusively, luxury, fashion, beauty, wine & spirits, cosmetics, real estate, … for our Shanghai office.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Actively create new business opportunities using different channels (LinkedIn, events, conferences, own network) according to Reflex BD strategy.
• Be the primary communicator of the agency for developing new clients (calls, partner referrals, email, networking) working closely with the managing director and the creative team.
• Ensuring the sale process in relation the project management team, the production team, the creative team and the managing director.
• Answer RFPs, create proposal document including solution, planning & budget with the project management team, the production team and the managing director.
• Negotiate & close the deal with the client.
• Regarding existing client, your goal will be to up-sale and cross-sale ensuring growth in annual revenue.
• On-going follow up with prospects and clients and internally, evaluate the level of satisfaction of the client.
• Report calls/leads/sales activity to the managing director & CFO.
• Collect market information and prepare business plans according to company’s management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least 5+ years of successful business development/marketing experience in the creative and/or digital industry.
• Experienced in communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly
• Have strong experience in engaging new clients / partners.
• Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets
• Highly detail-oriented and critical thinking skills.
• Creative and/or digital knowledge
• Chinese native – Proficient in English
JOB CONDITIONS:
• Position: Full time
• Availability: From now on, within one month
• Salary: Monthly fixed salary and a variable compensation based on the level of activity generated
