Job Description
Responsibility:
1.Find and talk to potential customers. We have ample resources for you to develop new business opportunity,
2. Learn industry-related knowledge and company's products and provide customers with consultant-type sales services,
3. Understand customer’s needs, deliver value to customers and close the deal to achieve monthly and annually sales target,
4. Keep improving the sales strategy and sales kit for a better performance,
5. Create product introduction videos, copy writing, etc.,
6. Analyse competitors and make the competitive strategy accordingly,
7. Attend the exhibitions in China or abroad,
8. Other related work assigned from supervisor, if any.
Requirements:
1. From English speaking countries, living in China and preferably those who have work experience in China,
2. College degree or above, majors like marketing, MBA, economics, management, finance, accounting, etc.,
3. Between 25 to 35 years old,
4. At least 2 years of working experience as a salesperson,
5. With keen market insight, strong learning ability, professional sales ability, and customer negotiation skills,
6. Have a strong appeal and communication skills,
7. Optimist, aggressive, upright, and ready to face challenges.
Working hours:
7 hours per day, from 9 AM to 5:30 PM - lunch break from 12 PM to 1:30 PM.
5 or 6 working days per week - alternate
Work location:
Near Huang Bian Metro Station, Guangzhou, China.
A competitive remuneration package will be offered to successful candidate.
The package includes salary, performance bonus, sales commission, year-end bonus, medical insurance, meal allowance, and social security insurance.
The total monthly income is around RMB 15,000 to 20,000 depending on your sales performance.
