Job Description:
The Business development manager actively drives Sales Development for the Business Unit in cooperation with the Sales Teams and BU Organization. In the role technical and commercial expertise come together with strategic initiatives and enable to support our business.

Job Responsibilities

1. Possess broad knowledge of the products, applications and market supported.
2. Price Evaluation for target accounts.
3. Works with BU leader on identifying and executing customer opportunities to support company business Growth Journey.
4.Drives Win/Loss ratio related to products and areas of responsibility in scope together with BU.
5.Ability to bring input on market need and ability to identify customer needs and product value.

Requirement & Skills

Diploma / Master or Bachelor of Engineering, Business, Management etc;
Sales & Market and Application Knowledge is need and in motors, optical parts area will be perfect;
Ability to work with customers and company own factory, Identify needs, build relationship, closing the deal.
