Job Responsibilities:

  • C arry out essential functions in support of the Business Development Sales teams in many different areas, including Business Development, Information Technology, Finance, Human Resources, and Administration

* Provide support and back up to other members of the teams

* Perform multifaceted general office support

  • Coordinate between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational issues
  • Maintain customers’ information and ensure contact details are updated
  • Issue comp against customer accounts related to transportation, gifts, and off-site expenditures
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, business trips, events and other similar activities
  • Distribute calling results and reports, customers lists to team members for their follow-up
  • Ensure data is correct across accounts, identifying & correcting errors made by system users
  • Import and export of data as required to synchronize back-end system
  • Provide result and analysis of Marketing programs & promotions

Job Requirements:

  • University graduate or above. Major in Marketing, Gaming or equivalent field is preferred
  • Marketing or Gaming experience and knowledge of Casino Management Systems is preferred
  • Experienced in computer software and excel spreadsheet, a competent knowledge of computers is necessary
  • Knowledge of performance measurements and their development and applications
  • Proficient in MS Excel is required
  • Ability to establish priorities and work independently
