Job Description 职位描述:
- Process purchase order, issue and manage vouchers/accounts to distributors/clients;
- Supervise and monitor trial accounts for clients and collect users’ feedbacks;
- Prepare and manage product related sales and promotional materials;
- Generate summary reports to team/company leader;
- Provide online and face to face training to distributors/clients;
- Assist in client reception/visit, call-in and approaching potential clients;
- Respond on clients/business cooperation consultation from DynEd website, collect accurate and sufficient information for further communication;
- Provide sales related assistance to other team members;
- Work with other teams to optimize entire system;
- All other tasks assigned by the department head, and China General Manager.
Requirements 其他要求:
- Bachelor degree or above;
- More than 3 years’ experience in sales/BD assistant;
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Excellent English communication in both written and spoken;
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
