This is a medium size interior design company with strong project portfolio in commercial interiors and building design projects. They possess a group of talented designers and financial market technologist. 

In order to expand their market network, they are going to hire a BD Assistant to provide Sales & Marketing support to their BD Manager.

What you will be doing?

• Support the day-to-day activities of the Business Development Manager
• Assist in capturing clear and detailed set of client requirements for opportunities
• Prepare quotations in SAP system
• Assist with the preparation and issue of sales quotations to clients
• Manage and maintain third party vendor communications, negotiations and
• quotations
• Communicate with clients and business partners professionally to complete the
• assigned tasks
• Manage all assigned tasks by effectively organising daily activities
• The position will allow the right person ample scope for career growth and
• professional learning
• Taking responsibilities with managing the website, marketing material updates &
• social medias
• Support a variety of marketing and communications activities across the Asia Pacific
• Work closely with other teams including the design team and the accounts team

The best candidate will be...

• Minimum of 4 years working experience in a sales team
• Education in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Confident communicator with an excellent command of written and spoken English language skills; additional Asian language will be advantageous
• Team player - ability to work closely with other teams and to manage clients’ expectations
• Self-motivated, diligent, efficient at multi-tasking and meeting project deadlines.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese is mandatory. Mandarin is an advantage
