Job Description:
- Provide professional and efficient support to business partners
- Manage assigned Financial Intermediaries and to generate sales growth
- Perform a consultancy role in helping strategic partners to establish or build up their sales team in insurance products
- Provide quality service to business partners including consultants and maintain a strong relationship with them
- Conduct sales training and product briefing to the intermediaries
- Support the respective team leader in business plan with the strategic partners for sales growth
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed
Job Requirements:
- University Degree or above
- At least 3 years in sales and marketing experience in life insurance with exposure to Broker and IFA channel
- Demonstrated understanding of sales techniques in the FI market. e.g. consultative selling, value-added selling
- Requires skills in handling inbound calls, convert into business opportunities
- Strong interpersonal, telephone and presentation skills
- Processes good communication skills both verbal and written as well as problem solving skills
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese
