Job Description
Established in 1999, Brio Electronic Commerce Limited (BRIO) is currently one of the most experienced services providers to offer a cost-effective and versatile e-commerce solutions to traders. We are appointed by the Hong Kong SAR Government in 2009 as the Service Provider to support the Government Electronic Trading Services (GETS) from 1 Jan 2010. Reporting to the IT Director, this position is to support on the Government project and business development team. The Business Development Associate will act as the first tier support to external stakeholders, and coordinate the on-going service support of the project and new markets/services for future development.
Responsibilities:
Assist Project Manager in project management throughout the project life cycle
Manage project administration and coordination works (meeting, reports, call, email) with internal and external parties
Collect and analyze business / technical requirements from internal and external stakeholders
Work with internal and external parties to implement solutions
Prepare test plan and test cases for the UAT
Maintain and support on-going service e.g. MIS reports, procedures, contact lists, user manuals etc.
Identify and escalate exception
Manage vendor service contract
Conduct research and perform detailed analysis on the trading market and services
Identify profitable business opportunities on e-commerce
Requirements:
Higher diploma or above
1 year working experience
Good at written English and Chinese
Strong business sense with dynamic & creative mind
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Well organized, self-motivated, hard working, responsible
