Your job as a business development associate is to identify and generate sales leads, pitch our services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with existing clients.
This role revolves around great communication skills and social media savvy. Your duties will include:
- Reaching out to new companies and establishing contact
- Refreshing and maintaining relationships with existing clients
- Following up business opportunities and setting up meetings
- Planning and preparing presentations (PowerPoint)
- Building relationships by communicating new industry developments and market information to prospective clients
- Preparing marketing literature
- Writing reports such as salary surveys, industry news and developments
- Creating engagement points with clients and candidates via social media platforms
- Providing management with feedback
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area such as Business Studies, Marketing, Media & Entertainment, Law, Commerce, Liberal Arts or other
- Minimum 3 years work experience in marketing or business development
- Ability/Experience using design tools for social media campaigns such as Adobe Spark, Infogram, Easelly, Canva, Pablo, Blender, Shotcut or similar highly preferred
- Excellent written and spoken English and ideally Chinese
- An outgoing personality
- Have initiative and creativity
