職務說明

• Identifying, developing and managing diverse client business relationships
• Managing the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond
• Sourcing and interviewing finance candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients
• Building mutual benefiting relationships with clients and candidates and work as part of a passionate team to maximise PageGroup's commercial performance

理想的應徵者

• Relative work experiences in finance/accounting field or auditing firm of 1-2 years is a plus!
• Past experience in Sales and/or Recruitment is recommended
• University Degree
• Great command of English and Mandarin
• Strong communication skills and EQ
• Team player and Self Driven
• Able to work under pressure with strong time management skills
