We are currently looking to recruit within our international team for our Beijing office to help us develop brand through new channels. You will be in charge of a limited portfolio of Belgian beers.

The main responsibilities are:
- Marketing & Sales planning: Build and develop brand identity, increase visibility and awareness of the products. Initiates and coordinates development of action plans for specific brands;
- Implementation: develop channels and organize events with the support of the marketing team and design team. Activate brands within venues and ensure that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
- Reporting and summarize: Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance and budget guidelines.
- Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

The main requirement are:
- Good level of Chinese is required (at least oral);
- Good written and oral communication skills in English;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Knowledge in sales, business and /or marketing;
- Experience with F&B business.
- High level of initiative and work well in a team environment ;
- Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction ;
- Willingness to travel and work with an international team of professionals;
