Key Responsibility:

1. Advise and co-ordinate on the business and operations initiatives of the new projects.

2. Analyze business result, sales strategies, marketing initiatives and results of company operating.

3. It's better to have relationships with major landlords such as Taigu, SHK and New World and assist in the creation and update if the Strategic Development Plan for the HK and China.

4. Establish a good interactive relationship with the owner and property , maintain the daily relationship and operate for a long time, and solve the problems related to the owner in the daily operation.

5. Responsible for the asset management and optimization of the jurisdiction, making annual plans for renewal, renovation, shop closing and other matters, forming and AOP

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or above working experience in chain brand development, asset management or large – scale complex investment promotion.

2. Experience in leading F&B or retail companies such as Maxim, Starbucks, etc

3. Relationship with leading landlords such as Swire, SHK, New World, etc

4. Good project management ability, strong execution, high efficiency, good sense

of teamwork.

5. Good experience in social relations and public affairs coordination.
