Job Description
Business Development Director, (15k net/month plus commission, Employment & Residence Permits are provided)

Focus on the development of locally controlled business via increased revenue and contribution growth for WAK.

Job duties:
-Meet and exceed revenue targets;
-Promote and sell WAK cosmetic projects to targeted clienteles;
-Attend various networking events/meetings to promote WAK and build up contacts;
-Arrange promotional and marketing events to promote WAK and build up contacts;
-Utilize social media to promote the brand and business of WAK;
-Make cold calls to potential new clients to create new opportunities;
-Create tailored strategic sales plans to bring more targeted local clients to come to the clinic;
-Prepare and delivery quarterly business reviews for newly booked and existing customers;
-Other ad hoc work assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements:
-Native English speaker or near to native English speaker;
-Be familiar with the procedures and process of various treatments in both cosmetic surgery and micro-plastic surgery;
-Minimum two years sales or business development experience in cosmetic surgery;
-Dynamic, sales driven and enthusiastic, good communication and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of sales success;
-Ability to work under pressure;
-Professional working proficient Mandarin is highly preferred.
