Job Description

Responsible for strategic sales planning and identify new areas of business growth

Develop and manage all sales and marketing activities to achieve profitable revenue growth

Propose business solutions, design and submit proposals to customers

To set up sales targets and to implement the targets achievement and maximum returns;

To actively generate sales revenue for the company through sales and marketing

To establish strong relationship with clients and prospects through regular sales visits

To organize and lead sales and marketing activities for existing clients and new prospects

To maintain a good level of sales activities (sales visits, sales lead)

To generate weekly sales reports


Job Requirements:

At least 10 years of sales experience in International Freight Forwarding industry

Proven experience in sales of logistics, transportation and customs /warehousing services

Ability to work independently and develop her / his own customer portfolio to / from Europe, air freight and sea freight

Good knowledge in Import process

Be willing to learn, enthusiastic and with a sales oriented mind

Possess good industry contact with proven sales record

Excellent Sales Knowledge and knowledge of local market

Have excellent written and presentation skills & good command of English

Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills at all level

Able to have excellent presentation skills

Outgoing personality

Proven problem solving abilities with an inquisitive mindset
