Job Description

  • In charge of regional Chirp products/system solutions business development for multiple applications including Mobile, Wearable, Drone, Scooter, Automotive and other IoT markets.

  • Survey & understand specific market needs for hardware, software, system solutions, and ecosystem (semiconductor, software, carrier, etc) working with Sales/FAE team to establish relationships with key players & partners

  • Work with major semiconductor partners to ensure major products, system solutions in their reference designs

  • Work with local famous mapping companies to enhance InvenSense’s navigation adaption and joint performance improvement .

  • Work with local software/algorithm partners to expand Motion, Audio, Navigation solutions and co-work with and provide joint support to target markets with complete solutions.

  • Establish the Eco-System for MCU integrated MEMS products/solutions through Hardware reference design and Software ( InvenSense Studio ) through multiple approach include but not limited to key partner, design houses engagement , university program ……

  • Work with HQ and optimize promotion materials and solutions for local Sales/FAE team.

  • Provide market & solution training to channel partners

  • Join local exhibitions, seminars & future PR events through HQ guidance & China needs


    Qualification

  • Good knowledge of embedded systems, familiar with poplar embedded OS’s

  • Good relation with industry partners in Mobile, Wearable, IoT, etc.

  • 10+ year Business Develop or Segment Marketing Experience in China markets, strong relationships with key backend partners including global and local brands. (good track record, North China or South China sub-regional experience also acceptable)

  • 3rd party reference design, software co-work and joint promotion experience for complete solution, including hardware and software

  • Strategic thinker, quick learner and great negotiation skills

  • Good English communication skills, language, writing, presentation

  • Self-motivated , results oriented , team work

  • Leadership skills, understand matrix org structure and able to co-work with & share resource from NC/SC local team to accomplish work together .

  • Able to travel frequently (China and internationally)

  • Good English .

  • Baseband , AP , MCU system promotion experience is plus .

  • Strategic Marketing ( for example , define or customize products and solutions for China Market ) experience is a plus .
