Job Description

Recognized as an expert within the company. Anticipates internal and or external business challenges and/or regulatory issues; recommends process, product or service improvements. Solves unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business. Contributes to the development of functional strategy. Leads project teams to achieve milestones and objectives. Progression to this level is typically restricted on the basis of business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for the identification and ongoing development of business opportunities and issues within target markets.

- Partners with subject matter experts to understand value of product offerings, designs commercial proposals to maximize market share for profitable growth.

- Customer advocate, helps executive leadership make good decisions in non-standard deals to put division in the best possible situation to deliver near and long term growth.

- Manages entire portfolio of products, looks ahead to contract renewal months in advance to ensure we are properly communicating the value that we’re delivering, position new capabilities to increase or maintain average selling price.

- Advocate for HQ strategy in regional market, build relationships inbound and outbound to progress product lines.

- Define the methods and analytical techniques that are used for critical business functions on an internal/external basis to support worldwide business development. 

- Understand the competitive influences affecting the business. Provide and assist in scenario planning and forecasting.
