Our client is a reputable and well-established company and primarily with engaged in leasing of construction machineries, providing repair and maintenance services in respect of construction machineries and trading of construction machines.

Job Descriptions:

• Formulate and implement short or long term of strategic sales business plan of the Company
• Review and manage cost model to ensure the company profitability
• Understand the industry development and translate into business opportunity Develop and source new business opportunities
• Evaluate risk exposure, discuss terms and conditions for new business
• Build and manage clients or business partners relation through visitation and day-to-day contact by delivering quality services, feedback collection on service rendered and market intelligence
• Perform ah-hoc assignments and projects if necessary
  
  

Requirements:

• University degree in Management, Construction Management, or other relevant discipline
• Experiences in main contractor or sub-contractor is preferred 
• Minimum 15 years working experience in construction industry with at least 5 years sales or business development management experience
• Extensive product knowledge and strong ability to drive for business results
• Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin 
• Good relationship management with clients or business partners
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
