Sales Specialist is responsible to gain market share and technical support of sales team for Siemens Automation Portfolio - PLC+SCADA The SS role is a key sales function combined with deep technical knowledge to promote automation solutions. The role of a Sales Specialist is to identify market opportunities in order to win new business and proactive tech support function together with sales force in São Paulo-SP. Your challenges: • Identify market opportunities in order to win new business, mainly in End Customer and EPC • Convert defined target customers and projects from competition • Maximize market exploitation and increase market transparency (CRM) • Support launch of new portfolio elements • To work closely with our Sales Managers, WWW Segment Manager (HQ) and Salesmen to identify which accounts need corporate support. • Create and execute territory action plans, reflect on progress and pivot to improve • Long term growth mindset combined with a drive to meet quarterly goals What we need from you? • Graduated in Electrical, Automation or IT Engineering • 6 years of experience in the automation portfolio (PLC+SCADA) • Experience in supporting the sales team • Knowledge in Water&WasteWater will be differential More Information: • Sales office in São Paulo • 50% travel time (Brazil) Organization: Digital Industries Company: Siemens Infraestrutura e Indústria Ltda.
