Job duties:

• Develop business opportunities with existing and potential various properties
• Manage relationships with clients including service introduction, partnership terms, promotion offers, etc.
• Well-known of digital, and print media solutions
• Provide client support as needed
• Work closely with sales team to drive sales campaign
• Prepare presentations, proposal, analysis reports on daily internal operation
• Take up ad-hoc duties when required

Requirement:

• Higher diploma or above, knowledge of Real Estate industry is preferential, but not mandatory (Fresh Graduate welcome)
• 1 - 2 Years of experience in Business Development will be advantage
• 3 years related experience or above may be considered as Senior Business Development Executive
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Self-driven, good working ethic and willingness to learn as a team player
• Self-motivated and good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Immediately available is highly preferred.

Package:

• Basic Salary + Performance Bonus
