Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a support function or e-commerce role

• Proficient PC skills (e.g. MS office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)

• Good command of spoken & written English, Chinese, Mandarin

• Out-going and sociable character

• Good interpersonal, communication skills and work independently

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full-cycle execution of sales, deals and general offers on our website and online marketplace

• Facilitate set up of online items in internal systems and perform necessary edits after publishing

• Optimize product detail copy, page titles, descriptions and keywords to improve clarity and increase search engine optimization (SEO) relevance

• Partner with Marketing, IT, Advertising, Logistic teams to improve ways of working to drive profitable selling and secure the customer offer, including technical release, social media, customer service and on-site testing or offer set-up tasks

• Assist manager in optimizing the customer journey and on-site experience by troubleshooting site-related incidents, supporting an enhanced customer experience

• Ensure site stock availability by reconciling inventory data against on-site availability

• Explore new business, channels and partnership opportunities in the market

• Follow up closely with clients and provide after-sales services

• Assist in corporate roadshow, support with reporting, commercial planning, site maintenance, promotional execution and ad hoc support
