Job Description

PURPOSE STATEMENT

This full-time position is required for

  • taking the lead to drive all the business development activities
  • managing the stock replenishment system to ensure the stock supply and store inventory at the right level
  • assisting the Group Key Account Manager in managing the trade planning on coverage, merchandising and distribution in HK&MAC country,
  • providing reports to management for performance evaluation and operation planning,
  • providing support for all the trade activations

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES – BUSINESS

Consumer Activation and Business development support

  • Providing support to sales manager to drive the activation in HoReCa channel
  • Providing support for all the trade/consumer activation
  • Providing support on the Brand Ambassadors management
  • Explore new business opportunities to support business growth agenda
  • Cooperate with distributor and agency to drive all the business development activities

 

Stock Ordering Management

  • Taking full responsibility in managing the stock allocation/replenishment through the ordering system
  • Providing support on the data extraction and analysis

Provide Operation support

  • Providing support to the team for all the activations in different channels
  • Assisting the GKAM in managing the trade marketing representatives
  • Providing reports to managements for performance tracking, evaluation as well as operation planning
  • Providing clear instruction to distributor to ensure execution excellence

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES – PEOPLE

i. Organizational Climate

  • Demonstrate behaviour on fulfilling organizational climate through daily operation
  • Be open-minded and act as a team player to support GKAM on driving team performance

ii. Relationship Management

  • Develop strong business relationship with trade counterparts to ensure proper implementation of activities / plans according to company objectives
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholder (e.g. Brand / Finance / SPI) to ensure smooth operation flow and achieve company objectives

ii. People Development

  • Acquire and develop KA/TM&D expertise through on-the-job experience and enable himself/herself in the talent pool with capabilities and readiness for next move

 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • At least 5-6 years sales management/account servicing/business development, experience preferably in a renowned FMCG company.
  • Strong analytical skills and sensitive to numbers
  • Strong business acumen & strategic thinking
  • Strong negotiation and communication skill
  • Sales management experience
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset
  • University graduate or above
