Yung Kee Restaurant, one of the most prestigious restaurant in town, with a history of 75 years. As a well-established food and beverage outlet of over 200 staff, we are aiming to expand our brand and we need to recruit energetic and enthusiastic elites for our business development projects.

Responsibilities :
Responsible for handling new and existing customers’ accounts

Develop and implement strategy to create and expand new business channel

Manage retail and corporate sales activities and achieve target

Prepare sales forecast, budgets and analyze all sales activities results

Compile quality reports and presentations

Handle event and travel agency enquiries

Requirements :
Diploma / Degree holder or above

Prefer 3 years relevant experience and passionate in F&B industry

Proactive, self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work under pressure

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing

Immediate available is preferred
