Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop potential accounts and acquire new sales channels in China and Hong Kong
- Come up with business ideas to drive sales & develop new channels
- To lead & assist in Sales Development including: Sales Planning, Product Launching, Negotiations and Consumer Promotions.
- To assist in Brand Development including: Market Research, New Product in the market, Trade Marketing Initiatives and Marketing Campaigns.
- To analyze product & commercial performance and review promotion effectiveness.
- To support Channel & Category Development and execution of trade activities.
- Ensure launch plan and promotion activities are well executed at retailed level
- Develop and maintain good customer relationship with assigned accounts
Requirements
- University Graduate with a degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Good interpersonal, organizing and communication skills
- Good command of English and Mandarin
- At least 3 years of relevant sales management experience in FMCG Food and Beverage Industry is preferred (Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager)
- Station in Hong Kong. Willing to travel
- Energetic, understands category trends for building business
- Aggressive, presentable and reliable
- Sales driven & business development experience is required
- Highly motivated, detail-minded, multi-tasking and result-driven
