We are looking for a Business Development Intern for our offices in Guangzhou and Shenzhen, China who can start as soon as possible for a length of minimum 4 months.

Your job as a business development intern is to follow your mentor’s instructions, identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients as well as help to maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.

Responsibilities:

-          Manage interaction with our clients, maintain good business relations;

-          Identify opportunities with clients and convert them into business actions;

-          Negotiate contracts, marketing plans, sales strategies, pricing models and more in global markets;

-          Work together with the marketing and design team to create outstanding communication related to new product developments to prospective clients;

-          Develop strategies and plans to increase conversions and build good business relations;

Requirements:                                                                                                                                      

-          University degree in Marketing and Business Management or relevant. New graduates will also be considered;

-          Ability to work in online environment;

-          Negotiation and sales skills;

-          Professional knowledge of business development, sales and marketing;

-          Understanding of marketing principles is a plus;

-          Related working experience is a plus；

-          Chinese, Spanish and German language skills are a plus;

-          Fluent English speaking and writing skills (at least CET 6 /IELTS 6 or equivalent).
