Business Development—Live Streaming Industry

1. The ideal candidate must be passionate and energetic, and must be pretty familiar with US entertainment industry. He will develop the live streaming business into US market, and partner with local steamers/ broadcasters including in but not limited to video blogger, online celebrity digital influencer, student’s clubs, audition talents etc. All of them must have strong influence on the internet.
2. The candidate must be pretty familiar with US culture, entertainment, politics, and social media (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+ etc.). He must have a good insight of users’ consumption behaviors and their psychological ways to consume. He must also keep pace with latest trends and topics.
3. He must have a good communication skill, especially for business negotiation. He has some experience on contract and legal issues. Experience on international business will be a plus.
4. The candidate must have a good view on competitive products, and will give advice on way to localize product and its operation.
5. He must be passionate at work and outgoing. He is also good at analysis, and willing to devote himself in the internet industry.

6. He must have the spirit of team work. Also, he must be responsible, and be willing to take huge pressure.
