Business Development Manager
Job Description：
1、Prepare and execute business development plan. Achieve business development targets and support to achieve sales target.
2、Promote DALITEK brand and solution to property developer/hotel management company and maintain good relation.
3、Promote DALITEK brand and specify DALITEK specification via international and local designer, electricity engineer, lighting designer, and engineering consultant. Maintain good relation with them.
4、Develop new project and manage project pipeline accordingly
5、Plan and implement PR program such as project introduction seminar, new product launch meeting and engineering seminar, etc.

Requirement
1、 Bachelor degree, at least 3 years related working experience
2、Good at team working. Capability of determination.
3、Ability and experience to develop and manager new customer
4、Ability and experience to develop and manage project sales
5、Well understanding of product/application/industry ect.
6、Good written and spoken English
7、Good communication skill and conflict management;
8、With high working passion, overview and target responsibility;
9、Fairness; Keep positive and optimistic attitude to face difficulty; Try to achieve target and implement it effectively.
