职位概述:

该职位属于高级业务开发主管,负责推动市场开拓、提高收益、确保正确传达客户知识、深入了解客户的业务,并与运营部门合作以支持目前的业务,同时开拓、达成、落实新的业务。

候选人必须具有完成或超额完成收益指标的工作经历,积极主动、逻辑清晰、具有团队精神、富有创造力并拥有出色的沟通和谈判技巧,拥有企业SaaS平台销售经验者优先。

工作职责:

λ 负责与现有客户和潜在客户互利共赢,实现共同价值的最大化。

λ 负责深入了解现有客户和潜在客户的业务,包括客户的战略、市场、挑战、经营模式以及能够向IYUNO提供的人员和机会。

λ 确保正确传达所有的客户知识,建立良好的客户关系,进一步发展业务。

λ 与运营部门合作以支持目前的业务,同时开拓、达成、落实新的业务。

λ 开发新客户,了解新客户的需求并为其提供定制化的解决方案。

λ 与现有客户和潜在客户保持来往,以创造性的方式寻求高利润的业务。

λ 分析RFP、RFQ和投标的相关内容,筛选潜在的业务;与运营部门和财务部门合作,评估业务机会。

λ 充分了解客户的需求和IYUNO提供的服务,实现客户的目标。

λ 完成或超额完成年销售指标。

λ 参加培训、阅读专业刊物,提升岗位知识;参加专业组织,维护个人交际圈。

λ 深入了解M&E行业,紧跟行业趋势。


岗位要求:

λ 在M&E本地化行业具有至少6年以上的业务开发、销售和客户关系的相关经验。

λ 积极主动、意志坚定、独立自主、注重结果和目标。

λ 拥有C-level的销售能力,乐于进行谈判和展示。

λ 善于通过陌生电访、参加行业活动或展会等方式,主动寻求新的业务机会。

λ 语言要求:流利的英文口语及优秀的书面英文 。

λ 适应Google Hangouts、Skype、WebEx、GoToMeeting等沟通方式。

λ 熟练使用MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)和/或Apple工具(Keynote, Numbers, Pages)以及/或Google Sheets/Docs等。

λ 擅长使用Salesforce或同类CRM软件者优先。

λ 能够适应充满活力并不断发展的工作环境。

λ 了解并使用LinkedIn。

λ BA学位优先。


Position Overview


IYUNO’s VP Business Development’s primary role is to maximize mutual value and

achieve goals that are mutually beneficial with our clients. The position is a senior

business development executive to provide leadership in building an in-depth knowledge

of our clients’ businesses. The VP Business Development will be responsible for ensuring

that all client knowledge is properly communicated and will work with operations to

support existing business and identify, close and onboard new business.

Responsibilities

? Maximize mutual value and achieve mutually beneficial goals with IYUNO’s current

and future clients.

? Provide leadership in building an in-depth knowledge of our current and future

clients’ businesses; including their strategies, markets, challenges, business models,

personnel and the opportunities they present to IYUNO.

? Ensure all client knowledge is properly communicated.

? Work with operations to support existing business and to identify, close or onboard

IYUNO’s new business.

? Meet or exceed the annual sales quota.

? Foster strong relationships and grow IYUNO business from assigned accounts; a.k.a.

“base business.”

? Prospect new accounts; determine client needs / pains and customize IYUNO’s

solutions, closing “new business.”

? Creatively locate high margin potential business deals by contacting both existing and

potential clients; to discover and explore new opportunities

? Screen potential business deals by analyzing deal requirements for RFP’s RFQ’s and

Tenders. Evaluating options; working with Operations and Finance to grow client

business and win new profitable business opportunities.

? Negotiate by fully understanding the client’s needs and the company’s

capabilities/services to be able to meet the client’s goals.

? Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in

Requirements & Qualifications:

? A minimum of 6 years of business development, sales and customer

experience/contacts in global Media & Entertainment (M&E) localization industry.

? Self-motivated, results and goal driven, strong-willed; enjoys a high degree of

autonomy.

? C-level sales expertise and comfort in presentations and negotiations.

? Confident hunter, including cold calling and approaching new business/contacts and

working at industry events or trade shows.

? Language skills: expert in English; knowledge of Spanish, or Brazilian. Portuguese,

Chinese, Mandarin, French or Korean is a plus.

? Self-contained: preparing PowerPoint (Keynote) presentations and presenting via

Google Hangout, WebEx, etc.

? Preparing detailed quotes and proposals.

? Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations.

? Strong computer skills:

? Mac: Keynote, Numbers, Pages

? MS: PPT, Excel, Word

? CRM: SF.com, etc.

? Google: Gmail, Google Drive; Docs, Spreadsheets, Hangouts, etc.

? WebEx, GoToMeeting, Skype
